STRUCTURE

The Planning Division is divided into six sections, each of which has its mission, roles and duties, and manpower as follows:

Strategy Management Section is responsible for analyzing and formulating strategies/plans, follow-up and evaluation, dean meetings, as well as planning and assessment.

Budget Section is responsible for the analysis and preparation of the state budget, income budget, and budget of other types. This Section also takes charge of monitoring and evaluating budget management as well as analysis and report production (PART/Unit Cost).

Research and Development Section is responsible forstrategy research and development, data survey and analysis, pedagogical evaluation for an individual subject/course, statistics and information technology (IT), and annual report.

Education Quality Assurance System Development Section is responsible for quality management system development, internal quality assurance (according to the OHEC criteria), external education quality assurance (according to ONESQA criteria), and IT to serve NIDA’s education quality assurance.

Risk Management Section is responsible for potential risk analysis and assessment. It is also in charge of risk management plan preparation, monitoring and evaluation report production, and IT information for risk management.

Administrative and General Affairs Section is responsible for documents, human resources, printing, finance and procurement, and buildings of each work unit.
